- The vehicles offered for sale on our website have a German origin and are (or have been) registered in Germany. The vehicles marked "Partner" are recovered by German banks, credit unions or other financial institutions from their non-paying customers and our partners have granted us the right to become the official seller of their fleet. All vehicles are in perfect optical and technical condition with real, guaranteed and certified mileage, up-to-date maintenance booklet and no accidents. We select for sale only vehicles that are in excellent condition and have low mileage.
- The sales contract and the invoice are made directly between our company and the customer, following the transfer of ownership of the vehicle owner.
- For individuals in the EU, VAT is not deductible, but there is no need to pay it again in the country where the vehicle will be registered.
- Companies registered as VAT payers in a country that is part of the European Union can purchase vehicles from us at a price with VAT deducted (Netto). To benefit from this feature, the buyer must send the necessary documents that will be verified by our company before starting the purchase process. The necessary documents are: the company registration certificate and a document proving that the company is a VAT payer in the country of registration. To be able to buy directly at Netto prices, you must also opt for shipping through our company.
- If the buyer is a private individual or a company based in a country that is not part of the European Union, he must pay the list price of the product displayed on our website. The customer will be able to recover the VAT, which amounts to 19% of the Netto price, within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the sending of proof that the vehicle has been exported outside the European Union. A copy of the registration certificate in the country of export is required to submit a VAT refund request. To buy directly at the Netto price, you must opt for shipping by our company.

- In addition to the price indicated in the advertisement, there is a fixed fee of €250, which will cover the preparation of documents for sale and export, obtaining temporary license plates valid for 30 days and insurance for the temporary license plates, as well as delivery costs (shipping and handling) depending on the place of delivery.
- The transport of the vehicles will be carried out either with our own trucks or by one of our partners and will be accompanied by a representative of the company. Our representative will personally deliver the vehicle, the two keys and all the definitive registration documents of the vehicle, the temporary registration plates valid for 30 days and the vehicle insurance for the same period. Our representative will be authorized for the vehicle registration procedure on behalf of the buyer. In case of need for customs clearance in the country of delivery, our partners can cover this service and ensure delivery directly to the place you have indicated.
- All our deliveries are covered by transport insurance of up to €500,000.
- Shipping costs will be calculated as follows: – the minimum charge is €90 for distances less than 150 km; – 151 km – 1500 km = at a rate of €0.50/km; – 1501 km – 3000 km = at a rate of €0.40/km; – more than 3000 km, please request a transport quote;
- Please note that the documents for sale and registration are prepared in 3-5 business days. Delivery will start only after the documents are ready and can take up to 2-6 business days, depending on the transport distance. The total delivery time is estimated at approximately 7-12 business days.
